it will be up to you to collect
and process your local sales tax at the time of the transaction as you would with

Create Global Coupon -
Creates code numbers that can be used by multiple clients. It logs usage so it can only be used once per client. Because it can be used over we recommend issuing these for only a few dollars.
Example Use :
You are shooting a soccer tournament and would like to distribute a discount to
the people that attended. You can print flyers with the one coupon code on them and
pass them out. You could also run an add in the program and include the coupon code
in that as well.

Product Specific -
If you enter a product here it must be in the clients shopping cart for the coupon to work.
This works well if you have sold a specific package and do not want them to just order something else.
Be sure to use your retail price for the product and not your cost.
You can also use it to give 1/2 off on a specific product by only making it 1/2 of your retail price.
You can also specify a dollar amount that will cover the cost of
shipping and the product or just the product alone.
Example Use :
You are shooting portraits of a large number of subjects ( school, church, etc.).
You are using the coupons to pre-sell packages but offer many items on the website.
You want them to add the package to the cart first before they can add
any other items to the cart.

Start Date -
This is the first date that the coupon will start working.

Minimum Purchase -

The client must add to the shopping cart this amount before the coupon will work.
Be sure to add the retail price of the product or discount in this minimum as well.
Example Use :
You are giving away a baseball with your retail price of $19.95
when your order $50.00 worth of products.

You would make the minimum Purchase $69.95 ( 50.00 + 19.95 )
Then the baseball (19.95) would be deducted from the price
when they added $50.00 of product and the baseball then entered the coupon.

Expiration Date -

This is the date that the coupon will stop working.

Number to create -
This is the total number of coupon codes the system will create for you.
If you are ordering Global Coupons it will create multiple codes that
you could use for tracking purposes
( Example - large stadium and you would like to know the section that is responding).

Coupon Prefix -
Allows you to track the use of coupons at different events.

Coupon Value -
This is the total dollar value for the coupon.
Be sure to include and handling / shipping charges that may
occur if you will be paying them. An easy way to get the price
is to make an order and see the value in the shopping cart.
Example Use:
Coupon that covers all costs including handling / shipping:
Your retail product cost is $20.00
Handling / Shipping will be $3.60
The Buck$hots value should be $23.60

If you do not wish to cover the handling / shipping
then make it $20.00 to cover the product alone,
the client pays the Handling / Shipping
