Logging in as the photographer
1. Go to the www.orderpicture.com web page
2. Click on the Photographer Login
3. Enter your Name, Number and Photographer Password
4. Click Enter
NOTE: You must logout from the website when finished. Even if you close the browser or turn off the computer you will still be logged in as the photographer until you logout.

Edit Event Information
1. Click on the event on the Choose Event page that you would like to change
prices / products / expiration and other information for or deleting an event.

2. Click on "Edit Event" in the menu bar.
3. Edit the information
4. Click "Update Event".

Create Links to OrderPicture.Com and my events
1. Click on the GET URL on the Choose Event page to get the link for the event list.
2. Click on an Event and then the GET URL on the Event page to get the link to that event.
3. NEVER copy the URL from the address bar - it contains a user_id that is specific to that session.
    The user_id in a link will make the shopping cart unusable.

Save An Example Image
1. Select and Crop/Customize images in the usual manner.
    Any Editing feature can be saved.
2. Click the "Save as Example" in the upper left corner of the editing page.
3. The new "example" image will appear at the beginning of the event.

 Change my Password
1. Click on the Client Info on the Choose Event page.
2. Change the information on the page.
3. Click Update Client Information
4. You will need to start the Image Manager and update the password
    there as well.

Place a Photographer Order
You may order prints from your events using this feature you
will only be charged your costs for the prints and shipping with no commission
charges.
You Must Be Logged in as a Photographer to Use This Feature!

1. Select images and print sizes in the usual manner.
2. Go to the Checkout page.
3. Fill in the order information .
4. Make sure the box marked
    "I am ordering this myself as the photographer"
 
   is checked.
5. If you are in Texas and tax exempt and have the proper forms filled out with us then click
    "This order is tax exempt"
6. If you are a local photographer and would like to pick the order up at our retail counter check
    "Check here to save on the handling charge and pick the order up in the store"
7. Click on the "Step 2: order review" button
8. The page will display the gross total with a discount adjustment to the photographers pricing.
9. Continue Checking Out.

E-Mail Event Contacts

to send a quick short message:
1. Click on the event on the Choose Event page that you would like to send e-mails for.
2. Click on "Market Event" in the menu.
3. Type in a subject and short message.
4. Click "Send",  the message will be sent to all the addresses on the list.

to send a more elaborate message in your e-mail program
1. Click on the event on the Choose Event page that you would like to send e-mails for.
2. Click on "Market Event" in the menu.
3. Copy and Paste the e-mail address into your e-mail program.
4. Send messages using you e-mail program.

Restore an Image
1. Click on the event on the Choose Event page that you would like to restore images too.
2. Click on Restore Images in the menu
3. Click on Restore Image under the image to restore.

Set Global Web Options
To change all your events globally click on the Global Web Options in the menu while on the Choose Event page.
The Global Web Options will effect only events that do not have their own Event Options settings.
