1. Log in as the photographer with a 
special password from the main www.orderpicture.com 
home page.

2. After logging in as the photographer, and accessing an event, you will see many options on the menu bar. While logged in as the photographer you will not need to use any of the event passwords.

A. Edit Event
This allows you to add, change or remove products and prices for the event you are in. You may also change the event information (name, message, password).

B. Market Event 
If anyone has e-mailed a friend for this event or placed an
order you may send them a thank you note or a small 
special message from the photographer.

C. Hide images from the web.
Under each thumbnail is a small "X" in a circle.
Clicking on it will remove the image from the web.

D. Restore
This allows you to bring back images that were hidden.

E. Event Stats
This displays all events and activitys for each event.

3. Gift Products
We have added several new gift products.

all products are shipped complete with photo


4. Photo Greeting Cards
Many different designs to choose from. Client can add text directly to the card in real-time. They can also change font style and color. Envelopes are included. Cards are 4x8 glossy.

5. Image edges 
  AKA "sloppy borders" we have added both white and black edge effects to the system. You can access them from the custom/crop window.

The site has been modified to assist clients in getting the most out of the visit.
If you have chosen to offer any of the photo products for an event it will also help suggest sales of those products.

6. Special Photographer-Only Products
Several Photographer-Only products will appear on the products list while logged in as the photographer:

CD's 
entire events can be ordered in 2 different resolutions 
high = approx 1500 x 2100
low = approx. 480 x 640

Event Digital Contacts 
both sheets hold 42 images
large 10x15 inches
small 8x10 inches

These products ONLY appear when logged in as the photographer.
Your price is calculated on the number of images in the event.
