Website Options
Controls the functionality of the website

1. Log into the website as the photographer

2. To edit a particular event click the "Event Web Options"
next to the event you wish to edit.

3. To edit all events that do not have there own
settings click the link "Global Web Options "
located above the events list.
(PLEASE NOTE : If an event has its own options set
the global settings will not alter or override the event settings)

Back to your list of events Returns to the list of events without saving any changes
You are changing  xxxxxx Indicates what event your are changing or changing the Global settings
   
Client Marketing Features Features to help market your event or control customer access
Ask for Client E-mail Addresses
before Previews		 Will display thumbnails to the client but when enlarged will prompt for an E-mail address, this will be added to your list of e-mails for this event and your master list. They can choose not to enter their E-mail address. It will store the information and will not ask for it again but will add their E-mail address to your other events they may visit.

It will check the formatting on the E-mail and will not proceed unless it appears to be a valid address. Transaction Options Controls type of transactions allowed and appearance
Allow paying by check Check payment may be a convenience for your clients but can be a slow payment method and on many orders we never receive payment
Secure Site Pop-up Box Pops up a message to tell then they are on a secure site for ordering
Picture Editing Options     Allows you to control what the clients can edit / add
All custom functions Turns on or off all the options below
Pictures borders and edges Turns that feature on or off
word balloons Turns that feature on or off
Allow cropping Turns that feature on or off
Enable Black and White Conversions Turns that feature on or off
Enable Sepia Tone Conversions Turns that feature on or off
Shipping Options     Allows you to control the shipping options
Ship all orders to photographer We will drop ship all orders placed by clients to the address we have on file for you. The clients will not see or notice any difference on the web site.
Photographer pays handling/shipping The handling and shipping will be added to your lab costs. You can use this option to provide free shipping for your clients. You may want to adjust your retail price to offset this cost.
Offer Express Shipping Turns that feature on or off
Client Options     Controls other options the clients can use
Allow clients to save samples After editing images the clients can save the work as a sample. This turns that feature on and off.
Allow E-mailing When the client uses the E-mail feature it sends a link the recipient that brings them back to the ordering page on the website. It never E-mails the picture to them. It also captures both the sender and recipients E-mail address in the event E-mail list for your future marketing efforts.
Allow client to disable event text/logo If you are using the event text and/or logo artwork this will remove the control on the website for the client to turn the text/logo on or off.
Web Display Options     Controls the appearance of your information on the website
Display company name next to logo Your logo will be in the upper left corner, it may wish to turn the name off that appears next to it.
Display E-mail and Phone at top off pages You may wish to have a less cluttered look and let them follow the "contact us" link for that information.
Display events before category chosen If you are using event categories for your events you may not wish to display all the event names on the page until an event category is choosen.
Display Expiration date to client Turns the display of the expiration date for the event on and off
Display instruction link in taskbar Removes the instruction link from the page.
Display E-mail and Phone on event list You may wish to have a less cluttered look and let them follow the "contact us" link for that information.
