COST OF USING THE SYSTEM - Your cost of the OrderPicture.Com system is simple. The lab cost of the product being produced (pricelist) and a low commision fee. Commision fees are between 8% and 16% calculated on your current sales volume. The more you sell the more profit you make. This model also provides a much higher profit for you if you do large seasonal events.
EXAMPLE - You set the products and retail prices for all your events, for these examples we will be offering a package of (1-8x10 and 2 5x7's) for $25.00 commision rates at 16% and 8%.
Retail Price $25.00 - Product Cost $3.50 - Commision (16%) $4.00 - Your Profit $17.50
Retail Price $25.00 - Product Cost $3.50 - Commision (8%) $2.00 - Your Profit $19.50
Shipping, handling and sales tax (where applicable) are paid for by the customer ordering.
PAYMENTS - The Payment periods (checks and online statements) for completed and shipped orders will be calculated twice per month (15th and last day of the month). Checks will be mailed within 10 business days of the payment period. We do not have a minimum check amount before we send a check.
EVENT EXPIRATIONS - You set the expiration date for each of your events. If an event expires you can alter the expiration date to extend the event at no charge. Events that have been expired for more than 90 days will be removed automaticallly from the website. The events can be re-uploaded if desired.
DIRECT ORDERS - Orders placed by you (the account holder) are billed only the cost of the product, shipping and applicable sales taxes. There are no commission charges for these orders.
