Event Folders and Image Files

The folder on your hard drive where Image Manager stores the events is orderpicture_events / client account code / event folders and images. If you are using the Hot Folder System it will also create a folder for "originals" and store the un-processed original files there. We suggest using Drive C: until you are more familiar with the system. Later you may have as many orderpicture_events folders as you have drives to put them on. External usb or firewire hard drives work very well and allow for easy growth.
You can manage your orderpicture_events archives by clicking on the tools menu in the image manager.
