Print File Request System



  When the OrderPicture.Com system uploads the images to the website it sends only the information
needed to display quality images on the website. This saves hours of computer upload time and saves having to
meticulously edit every image in the event. Printed images however, are much higher resolution and require
all the information available from the original file.  It also insures the highest quality print available by not having to over
compress each image to upload it. 

 The Print File Request System can be found in the Process and Upload software.
If your Process and Upload software is not running start the Image Manager software.
 

 Print Request Files  Images that have been requested to fill orders
 ERROR MESSAGE : Some Images could not be found....
                             And files are listed in the box-------
                             Could Not Find These Images..........		  Images that were not found on the system, replace removable media - usb firewire hard drives or insert the cd back up of the event folder then click Retry.
If the problem persists use the
PRINT FILE RECOVERY SYSTEM
 Images waiting to be sent in C: \ orderpicture_events \ print file requests  Images that have been found and copied to the
 C: \orderpicture_events\print_file_request folder. If you have clicked the Start Check Now button you may Click the Send these files later then open them in your image editing software, correct imperfections then come back to the print file request system and send them. DO NOT RESIZE, CROP OR RENAME the images this may have already been done by the customer on the website.
 Start Check Now  Starts the print file request manually, if found will process and send in 30 seconds unless the Send These print files later button is pushed.
 Accounts  All accounts are checked at the same time
 Automation Settings  Select the number of hours and check the box, the system will automatically check for process and upload all requests for images found on the system. Every 4 to 6 hours is sufficient.
 Save these settings / return to Process and Upload window  Save the automation settings and return to the Process and Upload window
 Send these print files later  Visible if print files are present. Delays the sending of the print files to allow for image editing
 Send print files now  Visible if print files are present. Skips the countdown and send the files now.
